All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using our Track Your Order page.

Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties

Some orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by The Domestic Artifact. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us through our Contact page. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Important Note

As our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse, we are unable to offer expedited or express shipping at this time.
